The service "Monitoring of available wedding dates in Copenhagen" consists solely of monitoring available dates and notifying customers accordingly. We do not make bookings and we cannot guarantee that a date will actually remain available or can be successfully booked.

3. Prices & Payment Terms
The price is €49.99 per month.
Payment is made monthly by credit card.
The subscription can be canceled on a monthly basis and cancellation takes effect immediately.

4. Right of Withdrawal
There is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to § 356 BGB, as this is a SaaS subscription that is provided fully digitally and begins with the provision of the service.

5. Liability & Warranty
The service is provided to the best of our knowledge and ability.
It is expressly stated that no guarantee can be given for successfully securing an appointment.
Liability for damages not caused by intent or gross negligence is excluded.

6. Contract Duration and Termination
The subscription runs for an indefinite period and can be terminated at any time at the end of the month.
Termination becomes effective upon receipt by Nikita Schmidt.
